"Very nice property, hosts were very helpful. My only suggestion is it would’ve been good if there was a kettle to make tea. Instead I had to boil water in a pot on the stove while the coffee maker was used to make coffee. "

"We were very disappointed with the response or lack of, to issues. On arrival the oven did not work. We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. "What can we say but WOW this place is in a fantastic location and is well maintained inside and out. A 20 minute walk takes you into town to grocery shop at Mas X Menos and then if you need a taxi home they are right there outside the store. Taxis are reasonable, we stuck with the red cars with the yellow triangle door sign as they are all metered. "Easy check-in process. Jordan was great in helping us arrange transport and answering all of our questions. The location was ideal since we did not want to rent a car. The condo had everything we needed as a family of five. Thank you!"

"The location of the property is a real plus. Beautiful sunsets. Great restaurants within walking distance. It's obviously a new building and it's very safe with staff paying attention to the comings and goings on the property. The 8th floor condo balcony gave us a very good view and was quits comfortable. There were a lot of add ons. The pool and kiddie pool the large covered area out back. The exercise facility. And more. We truly enjoyed our stay. "

"This stay exceeded expectations. The unit was very comfortable and had all the amenties we needed. The only confusion were the pictures of two units and I was not sure which one I was getting. One unit has twin beds, which we needed, and the other a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. We easily got it verified by the host. The condo grounds were beautiful and secure.
