"We booked this hotel due to its proximety to Crewe Train Station for a weekend break visiting friends in Manchester. The room was clean and tidy however the bed was a little uncomfortable, mattress hard and only 1 pillow provided per person with a second provided by reception upon request. We found the room temperature to be too warm even with the window open and radiator off and could hear other guests talking and smoking in the car park until the bar closed.
