"I really enjoyed my 10 day stay here. Pros: The walkability to shops, restaurants and attractions is great. I was in a suite on the 22nd floor with a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan. Quick elevators. The layout of the suite. The Hilton Honors WiFi was reliable for Discord calls and moderate gaming. Room was clean and daily service reliable. Pool and exercise areas on the top floor were a real plus. Ample towels in room and at pool provided. Curtains block light well. Good climate control. Amazing...

"This location was convenient. Plenty of eats and shops nearby. The hotel was super clean and surrounded with helpful Staff. The hot breakfast was delicious. I would definitely staying at this hotel."

"This was our first visit to Chicago and I looked at a lot of hotels before booking at Hyatt Place. The check in process was quick and easy. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast offered had a lots of great options. The location was within walking distance of a lot of the attractions we wanted to visit and the train was a 10 min walk for things that were further away. Inwoukd definitely stay...

"The room was comfortable and clean. The side entrance on the north side of the building is unlocked around the clock. Anyone could walk through the door, even in the middle of the night. The door on the south side of the building could only be used as an exit, apparently the card reader was broken so it could not be used as an entrance. At 9 in the morning, housekeeping completely ignored the do not disturb card in the key card reader and attempted to walk into the room without knocking or...
