"This resort is very well kept and nestled in the forest. Our back patio in our private casita looked out at the forest and we saw monkeys in the trees in the morning. The massage area is so relaxing while in a private area overlooking the forest. The dining area has really good food. The staff is really nice. The pool area is very relaxing with a swim up bar. Seimbup bar was a nice touch but drink prices there were ridiculous. Other items around the hotel were affordable. Rooms were clean and comfortable, though all the dark wood made them too dark and not very cozy. Juan at the from desk was especially helpful and personable. "The grounds and views of the volcano were amazing. The villa was spacious and comfortable. We did have a leak after heavy rains and reported it but never heard back. A TV viewable from the couch would be nice and lower priced food options in the snack bar would be good. The hot springs were relaxing. Beautiful property."
