"Campo Azul was incredibly beautiful. The views across rolling hills to the ocean are amazing. You are surrounded by lush gardens. We saw various birds, squirel, aguti, white faced capuchin monkeys eating in the garden. The monkeys break off sugar cane from the garden and take it into the trees. Santa Elena Town is a very short drive away. Be aware there are many unpaved roads in Costa Rica and we were glad to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. "Our stay at Sunset Paradise House was wonderful! The house was comfortable, beautiful and clean, just like in the pictures. Monteverde is not too far away and has a variety of stores and restaurants. Ingrid was very responsive and nice! "

"We loved our stay in the dome. The view was absolutely breathtaking and the dome was immaculate! We enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub, watching the the sunset while clouds rolled in and layered on one another and then rolled back out. The property was easy to find, easy to access and located just outside of town. We were 5 minutes from the Sky Tram into the cloud forest. All in all, a fabulous stay!"

"The villa has a great view of the lake and is extremely quiet. It’s secluded but still close to the main road and we felt like it was a safe area The directions provided by the owner are good but it is hard to find at night. The furniture, bedding and amenities are pretty old but we were not expecting 5 star. We loved Nuevo Arenal compared to the very touristy La Fortuna but there are of course more activities there. Overall very happy with the villa"

"The house was spotless, comfortably furnished, and well stocked for our weekend stay. The view of the volcano is fabulous. We really enjoyed laying by the pool just soaking in beautiful view. There's also a great coffee shop just steps away that serves hot food, perfect for an easy breakfast or lunch. The location is good - a very short drive to the Tabacón hot springs and other attractions. "
