"The room was very small, but had everything you needed. The front desk staff was excellent, very friendly and genuine. They were great at communicating and helpful when you needed them. The hotel offers a luggage room, where you can drop of your baggage if you arrive before your check-in. It's in a very walkable area with restaurants nearby. Very happy with your stay. "

"The hotel was very convenient -- close to the underground as well as located close to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Everything was walkable. The hotel was always quite busy, so it did get a bit noisy at times. But overall, the hotel facilities were good! "

"This hotel is fantastic! Very clean spacious rooms. Comfortable beds nice big walk in shower. Being right at the airport terminal is a bonus. No shuttle required in the morning to catch your flight. The underground to get you into London and the bus station is in walking distance and very easy to access and figure out. The breakfast you get is the best I have ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. North American holiday Inn Express should all have this much selection. So many hot and cold food...

"My overnight stay at this hotel was peaceful however I thought from the initial description of the hotel services that there was an airport shuttle. I ended up using the bus service that worked well and ran on time plus the bus fare was very reasonable. Fortunately the weather wasn't bad so I didn't suffer lugging my luggage "

"We had a one night stay at the St Giles Hotel. We chose this hotel primarily because of it's location, just off Tottenham Court Road. We chose a 'signature' double room. Whilst the room was still rather cosy, it was well kitted out with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. "The staff were very friendly and helpful, even separating our twin beds in the middle of the stay, as I was sharing with my son. The room service was very good, as my son indicated the burger and chips and sticky toffee pudding were excellent. The laundry service was affordable and fast, which was much appreciated. "When we asked about why our room isn’t cooling down, we were told it’s controlled by the hotel. We didn’t understand why the temperature of the room is controlled by the hotel and not the guests, this should be controlled by the guest not the hotel. Our room was too warm for our comfort, and every time we went down to the front and tried to ask about getting a fan, the bar was super busy with a long line. Great hotel in a great location

"We had a one night stay at the St Giles Hotel. We chose this hotel primarily because of it's location, just off Tottenham Court Road. We chose a 'signature' double room. Whilst the room was still rather cosy, it was well kitted out with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. I would think that the room had recently been refurbished since the decoration was all clean and fresh. The en suite was very stylishly decorated and the shower powerful with plenty of hot water. The room was exceptionally clean. We had a good breakfast at the hotel. Ali, one of the chefs, was particularly helpful. He was kind enough to make me a single portion of porridge with almond milk, since i cannot have dairy. Really friendly chap and we had a good conversation about nutrition too. All in all a very good stay at the St Giles and will be very happy to stay here again. "
