"Had a lovely time here. The sofa bed was nice and comfy, the flat was just as described and having 2 shower rooms between the 3 of us was a massive bonus. Excellent location, it was really nice to walk around the cute streets nearby."

"I’m so glad we chose this place. The location was great. So convenient to everything and multiple train station options for things farther away. There was restaurants shops and grocery within a 1 min walk. The house itself is very charming and had plenty of room for all of us. "We stayed here for a few weeks to celebrate the Christmas holiday. The place is very clean and well maintained, with modern furnishings and amenities along with a well stocked supply of anything you could need. The owners Jay and Morgan were lovely and communicative. Wonderful location in South Kensington, close to restaurants, shops and the underground. Highly recommend!"

"Sandra and Jamshed were there to welcome us despite our late and stormy arrival. They opened their hearts before their home. The location is excellent in a lively street and close to the underground metro station and bus stops. The apartment was explained in detail, but what really attracted us were the many details that drown you when you look at them. "Location was short walk from Lambeth North located 20 mins from King’s Cross and only 25 mins to Westfield shopping centre Stratford. Property was clean tidy and to a high specification. Check in and out was contactless and easy to do. Host was on hand for any queries which was not required. Ideal for big families and groups Would definitely stay again "

"We stayed in this house for Christmas and enjoyed our time. The location is convenient to get to stores, restaurants and the Underground. The previous reviews were spot on, though. The hot water runs out pretty quickly, so we scattered our showers. Also, there had been a previous accident in one of the bedrooms and we spent time trying to clean up the smell. That was disappointing, but we made the best of it. "

The attention to detail starts with the owner and property manager, staying in touch with us and accommodating us from the minute we landed at Heathrow, The townhome is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and in a prime location (easy walking distance to subway, stores and restaurants)! "We spent the first part of our holiday in a spectacular hotel near St James Park - but everyone enjoyed staying here even more. Lovely flat in a lovely neighborhood and a fantastic spot where you can imagine what living in London might be like - dreamy! The flat is well provisioned, and just as described - a perfect spot for our four adults, but children would have been easy here too. We hope to stay again next time we're in town. "

"We love The Cloisters and will stay every time we come to London. You can't beat the price and the location. Also we loved the fact each room has a kitchenette and laundry. And there is a Sainsburys a few steps away. This hotel is fantastic."

"I was unable to travel due to ill health so gave my trip to my in-laws who are in their 70s Annette made their stay unbelievably enjoyable by upgrading the room I had booked free for them Her communication and kindness to my in-laws was outstanding The Apartment they had was fantastic and they had the most enjoyable comfortable stay I would like to say Thankyou so much and will highly recommend this hotel to others Thankyou again ❤️"
