(I have to have fresh air when I sleep!)But thank you to the delightful Peter , the porter could see I wasn’t happy and without me even aware had sorted another room for me 😊. I was so grateful. "Location is good. Reception lady seems getting minimum wage, still doing her job with unwilling face. Twin room with window (no view at all) is SUPER small, without any table or bench to leave your belongings. Just two fixed hangers which didn’t help. Shower head is leaking a lot. You’ll need to borrow the hair dryer from the reception. To get into the floor you need to tap your room card, security level is good."

"One was left to their own devices. Coffee tea, etc was left at the door every day and anything else needed towels, toiletries just ring reception. Excellent ideas and should be adopted at other hotels. Complete privacy for the clients. Great stay will return. Perfect!"

"Really nice place to stay, something unique and good value for money. Plenty tea and coffee available no matter the time of day. Breakfast was included and there was a lot to eat, from something simple like toast and cereal to the traditional English."
