"My family and I stayed here for 1 night, our first night in Tokyo. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Haneda Airport and it was only 2 stops away. We actually walked back to the airport the next day to pick up a few things and it was a safe and easy walk. Check-in was straightforward. I'm glad I read the email I received from the hotel on how to enter and check in. We didn't see any staff while we were there but we didn't need anything at all. "Stayed here to be close to a friend, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Check in was smooth (we don’t speak Japanese so sometimes a worry!), the hotel is nearby public transport and convenient shopping, and all the amenities we required were readily available.
