Loved our stay at the Shibuya Stream Hotel! Newer property, friendly staff, great bed and the AC worked exceptionally well. The hotel is conveniently located next to New South Gate, which grants easy access to the Narita Express and the Yamanote line. There are tons of restaurants on floors 1-3 of the building. Shibuya Scramble Square is right next to the building and Shibuya Crossing is just a few minutes away on foot. Would stay there again!

My boyfriend and I stayed here over the weekend, and we absolutely loved it. The staff is incredible, the view of Shibuya Crossing from our room was beautiful, and the room itself was amazing!! I highly highly recommend staying here. I will be back!!!

We just wrapped up five nights at Shibuya Stream and could not have been happier with our experience there. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and peaceful, and the location was perfect with direct access to so many parts of Tokyo. (My daughter also loved the amenities in the lobby!)

We had a lovely 3 days in the hotel. Easy access from Shibuya station which makes it easy to travel to other parts of the city if you wish. The hotel itself was equipped with great amenities and location meant many great dining and shopping options within a short walk. Perfect spot for out few days in Shibuya

Absolutely loved my stay here. Firstly the location is perfect. You are connected to all metro and train lines, so easy to get around. And then my room was so big for Japan and I had a gorgeous view of Tokyo Tower. It was a dream stay and I was devastated to leave! Would love to come back!

This property is right on top of the JR line for Narita Express at Shibuya Station, the convenience of not having to lug our luggage across multiple train stations is enough reason to stay here. Easy walk to other point of interest in Shibuya. Property was clean and spacious. Highly recommend.
