"The location is very close to Yokohama station and there is a convenience store on the first floor. The connecting room we stayed in was comfortable, with three beds and two bathrooms. The only drawback was that two (or maybe three) of the four coin-operated laundry machines were out of order, and the hotel did not appear to be repairing them, even during the busy New Year's holiday season. "The best thing was the staff they were the friendliest and were very polite. It was pouring in Tokyo today and we had checked out not only did they store our bags so we could do a last minute visit in Tokyo they lent us umbrellas which was super helpful with 2 young kids. The rooms feel a little simple but the buffet breakfast and the ladies retreat with free massage chairs and shampoo bar were lovely little touches.
