"I didn't realize this was a hostel. Pretty bummed when I showed up at the property and realized that. Not a fan of the checkin process- very cold, impersonal, and time consuming. Though a girl finally did show up to help a bit at the end. It was close to the train station, beach, and Enoshima Island which was nice. "

"Staff are useless if you raise any concern. If you're interested in feeling safe during your stay, they will provide no help. I went to the desk regarding a security concern I had and they just shrugged their shoulders. If you're staying here, keep in mind the desk is just there to provide you towels.
