"10 min walk from Kyoto station. Nearest 7-11 is like 5 min walk away. Close to Aeon (15 min walk ) Shopping mall opposite Kyoto station. They didn't clean our place because we didn't indicate if we wanted to clean. Anyway for 2 nights stay, our room wasn't that dirty. They offered free iced tea and hot water for our maggi mee or drip hot coffee. We ended up eating bkft at the lounge on level 1 before leaving there. My children loved this place. Business travel also good. Don don donki, Aeon...

"I stayed here for one night witha group of friends and was really impressed with how clean the place was. The only thing I wished for was individual locks for each bed, in addition to the safe, to secure luggage stored under the bed. Other than that, the place was great—clean and in a good area."

"February visit Our hotel room was surprisingly spacious, clean and functional. It had 2 twin beds, but my wife and I ended up just utilizing one. Has a mini fridge, tv (for those who care), and disposable slippers. I gave it 5 stars because it was exactly what we were looking for at an affordable price.
