"I thought this hotel was good and comfortable. I little daggy in parts, but the reception area smelt so good! Very inviting. Breakfast was ok and the location to the tram was great for our daily trips to the Australian Open."

"Great location. Convenient walk to anywhere and easy access to public transport. The hotel and the room were in ok condition , but could use a little updating . The washer /dryer was terrible and left clothes wet many times. Staff were average. "

"Beautiful hotel positioned easy 5 min walk along the Yarra to tram. Then easy access to city, tennis centre etc. Right next to DFO- excellent shopping. Peaceful area but plenty of dining options. Close to the hustle & bustle of city but a nice retreat at the end of the day. Hotel room large, very comfy beds, lovely bathroom, big windows great outlook, auto blinds. Definitely stay here again. "

"Lovely hotel in a great location and good value for where it was. Super friendly and helpful staff. A few issues that were maintenance related (key lock broken on first room so I couldn’t get in, too a few trips to reception to sort; shower temperature took ages to change resulting in a cold or very hot shower but it was ok if you had time to wait, which I did). "Good sized rooms, quiet and with nice view of city. Staff always helpful only annoying thing is having to catch 2 elevators each time, first elevator up to 5th floor reception then another to your room. Stayed for Australian Open and whilst a little out of town it’s only a 5 minute walk to the free shuttle to the city and Melbourne Park. Easier and cheaper to catch Ubers to this hotel due to being right off the freeway and avoiding city traffic. Handy being next to DFO but limited...
