Great location. Comfortable bed. Close to both Southern Cross and Flinders street stations. Gorgeous views across the river. Only one tiny bit of feedback. I only had decaf coffee in my room.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive. The property was clean and very conveniently located which we loved. We could walk to most places and the free tram was convenient. We had two adjoining suites so we had a lot of space and it was really helpful to have a washer/dryer unit! It wasn’t a luxury property but it fit our needs very well and was a very pleasant stay!

Fantastic stay at the hotel, staff were welcoming and attentive. The restaurant is great value. Appreciate the easy connection to public transport. The only negative was the extremely poor wifi connection in the room very slow and constantly dropping out. I was only using it for emails and socials. Eventually they replaced the modem and then another. Slight improvement but definitely not what one expects. I ended up having to hotspot my phone to get work done. This needs to be addressed and while staff were sympathetic I really don’t think they understood the frustration thus caused (one person suggested I must be steaming videos).

Onsite parking made it alot easier with deciding on choosing to stay here, might of been $30 a night but it was secure so i was happy to pay it, room was clean and the pool on level 5 was slightly heated which was great, just wish it was deeper in some parts of it, overall if i end up back in melbourne again i reckon i'll stay here again
