"The staff was right on point as soon as you walked in. I called ahead to get early arrival and they said no problem. Unfortunately, we ran late and got there a few hours later. When I arrived at the desk, I apologized profusely for my poor timing. He said no problem and remembered us talking via phone. I felt relieved. From the time we arrived to the ins and outs throughout our stay, then checking out…seamless. We would recommend them highly. From price to stay 10/10. "

"The only issue was that upon checking in at the designated time. We were told the room still was not ready and had to wait in the lobby which was not ideal. Other than that the room was great and clean!"

"Moved to South Carolina after living in Charlotte for 30 years, and need to return to Charlotte to tie up some loose ends. Perfect location, close to shopping, food and more. The hotel staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Got a great nights rest. I have to several more loose ends to finish and will definitely return."

"First of all, everyone at this hotel was super accommodating and very friendly. There was a hot breakfast in the mornings serving later than most hotels on weekdays. The hotel is well worn and could use an update but that would not keep me from staying here again. Fast food was literally next door with numerous healthy options about 5 minutes away in a car but walkable if need be. The Blue Line is right out in front of the hotel with a stop about 1/2 block away. That will take you downtown...

"Enjoys our stay here. Close to anything you would need or want. Short drive to Charlotte. Clean with lots of towels and pillows. Minimal noise and planes flying over are not bothersome. Lots of amenities and friendly staff. "

"During my weekend stay, overall everything was great and clean. Customer service was friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the carpet free room and quietness after a certain time. Breakfast was good as well and a nice selection to choose from. The location was very convenient to local restaurants and events as well. My least favorite part was the paying for parking per night.
