The staff was super friendly. Very disappointed there was no coffee in the morning. It was very noisy Around 4:30 am. As people were leaving there rooms. The doors slamming shut were quite loud.

Walls are thin. My room was on the first floor and I could hear every footfall from the room above me. Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. Bathroom light is harshly bright and automatically turns on when you enter - which is terrible when you ho in the moddle of the night.

New extended stay hotel near doubletree and Hyatt place. Fridge and two burner stovetop, a few miles from airport. No shuttle, but Ubers about ten bucks. Staff was nice, room was clean. It could use more soundproofing, I guess.

. The noise level in the room above us for the entire night was unbelievable. I called the front desk 3 times and it was not addressed. I have tried to talk to the manager 2 times today for a refund and he has not been available and not returned my call. I do not recommend this property.

The bare bones basics of the hotel room itself were fine - it was clean, had enough space, and was quiet. However, the "amenities" left much to be desired. When we checked in, we had less than a full roll of toilet paper (and no extra rolls), no tissues, no hand towels, one TINY bar of soap, a tiny container of body wash, and no shampoo or conditioner. While the room had a great kitchenette area, including a full-sized refrigerator, there was not a single utensil, cup, or even napkin in any of the cabinets. While the room did have a laundry basket (and on-site laundry machines), I would have much rather had some more of the aforementioned basics instead. What was most unusual, and IMO, concerning, was that, other than when we checked in, we did not see anyone working at the front desk the entire time we were there. Instead, there were "roller shutters" (like the things you see in the City when a business is closed), which were down every time we came and went, regardless of what time it was. I was so concerned about checking out without desk presence that I called the information extension and was told that housekeeping would know that we checked out on time. Since we spent very little time in our room, these issues were only mildly inconvenient. However, I am calling attention so that the facility is aware of and can appropriately address our concerns, as well as for future travelers who may have more extensive needs and standards than we did.

This is a brand new (opened last week!), week long stay oriented hotel near the Charlotte airport. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, there's laundry facilities, a fitness room, and every room comes with a fridge/freezer, electric stove top, and microwave. They also plan to stock the rooms with basic cooking utensils. Best of all, it is budget friendly, so do yourself a favor and stay here when in the area, and try to take care of the place since it is brand new. Also just to note, there are some kinks still being worked out, like room keys not working and stuff, small issues that are easily resolved, but if you're easily inconvenienced maybe take that into account. Additionally, due to the weekly stay theme of the hotel, they do not provide toiletries, so make sure you have your own. A good idea for the hotel might be to have a small convenience shop where these are available for purchase. Maybe that's already here, I didn't check.
