Our stay at the JW Marriott Charlotte was fantastic! The property is beautifully maintained—very clean, modern, and well-designed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Although there was some initial confusion about where my luggage would be held before check-in, everything else was absolutely perfect for my first stay at this property and my vacation in Charlotte, NC.
