Close to where I wanted to be. Breakfast was good with many options though egg choices limited. Coffee quality good as well. Lounge/reception area pleasant. Would definitely stay again for my annual visit to Charlotte.

I was there for business, and I really liked that it's located between a CVS and a Whole Foods. I could easily walk to either to get anything I needed. Parking was simple once you realize which entrance you need (it's right next to the Whole Foods lot), and is a straight shot from/to the airport/freeway. The rooms were quiet and had everything I needed to be comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was nice except the toilet didn’t flush well. Property is older but we enjoyed our stay. We were there for an NFL game so the room was crazy expensive and not sure it was worth what we paid but it was within walking distance of the stadium so that’s why we got it. Staff was super nice though, shout out to Isaiah who was the best!

Absolutely the worst experience ever to show up to your reserved hotel only to be told they canceled the reservation as it was booked through a third-party, Expedia and they had no available rooms. All they did was cancel the reservation so they could get a higher priced reservation on a very busy weekend for a home Carolina Panther football game. Greedy, unethical, and disgusting business practices.

Beautiful rooms and friendly staff from check-in to every type of staff we ran into. And specific shout out to the breakfast staff. I didn’t get his name but absolutely above and beyond. The only negative was that the pool is outdoors, thus, closed for winter.
