"Checkin was seamless and easy. Staff were very friendly. Room was big enough for 3 travellers and very comfortable beds. The Main Street is very noisy so not ideal for light sleepers. Otherwise, good value. "

"The hotel is a little dated but who cares since it is pretty clean for an older building (I'm guessing it is from the 1980s). The Green Onion Mexican Restaurant is right around the corner and open pretty late. It seems to be the only restaurant within a few blocks, but it has good food at a reasonable price. Stayed here overnight before a cruise. I think the Princess Cruise dock is about a couple miles away but Carnival is on the other side of the port about 6 or 7 miles away."

They all greeted us with big smiles, from the shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport, to the front desk, kitchen staff, and housekeeping. They all made us feel welcomed. One employee didn’t fit with the rest of the staff. That was the shuttle driver who took us back to the airport. He was not friendly. Instead of taking us to our terminal, he dropped us off 1/4 mile away from where we should have been dropped. Other than that,...

"Had a layover at LAX, just needed a place to get a few hours sleep. Loved the free shuttle, to and from airport.. very easy to schedule and timely. The room was spotless and the bed comfy. The evening desk clerk was super friendly, the morning girl although not personable she was efficient. My only word of caution: the hotel is made up of several 2 story buildings, with one being across the street. Our room was in that building and it felt a little sketchy. I would not have felt comfortable...
