"We stayed here for 2 nights and we were so happy we picked to stay at hyatt place LAX. It was so clean! The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating! The breakfast buffet was simple yet delicious - and the staff therr were amazing. The only thing that threw us for a loop was the 30 minute check in parking. It took us about 3 loop arounds to figure out that we had to go in to the parkade and park in the check in parking stalls there, but I was afraid we were going to have to pay but got...

We didn’t have any issues getting in and out of the parking garage during our stay, and the man who seemed to be in charge of running the bar and restaurant was great. The hotel building itself has definitely seen better days but our room was clean and felt safe and comfortable. The TV was tiny and the channel options were horrible but that wasn’t a huge deal. "

"Easy parking. You can either park next to the property or use valet parking. The building was obviously renovated. The design was modern and sleek. My only surprise was the bathroom. There is no way you could cover the person taking shower. I hope there is a curtain or something that could give a little privacy to that. "
