"Upon arrival to The Sands, we were greeted by friendly staff and offered a cold welcome drink of choice with instructions for an easy and quick self check in process. As we arrived prior to check in time, our room was not quite ready, but we were offered lunch and were invited to start enjoying the many amenities available to all guests. "Our stay at the Soco was wonderful. Service was top notch and pampering. The food was outstanding. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the pool and ocean for lounging and dipping. Convenient location and staff from checkin to checkout was great - special shout out to the bar staff - Michelle, Shane, and Zach. The food service staff competent and friendly, especially Reina. "Beautiful new hotel with gorgeous gardens and pool, friendly and helpful staff, great restaurant and bar. We saw turtles at the nearby beach but it was very wavy. "

"The locations of the buildings on the property were excellent. Everything faced the ocean and there as no more than a 4 or 5 minute walk between the furtherest buildings."

"Sugar Cane Club is perfect for a pampered carefree break in the hills just above Speightstown at the top of the platinum coast. It’s quiet and relaxing, the beach is 5 mins away by free shuttle bus. Thoroughly recommend."

"This is how all “All inclusive”’s should be!! Not only was everything included, premium spirits as well, but there was so much choice. 20 places to eat at meant in the week we were here we didn’t try all of them. Quiet and Lively areas to suit all tastes. Shame the sea was choppy all of our stay but it didn’t really spoil much. And the staff (all staff!) were just so friendly. Big converts to the Sandals concept."
