"A home away from home. Nice host who is extremely helpful. The place is spacious and the rooms are great. We have enjoyed it immensely and really love that everything is pretty close by. No reason to rent a car there are busses going to all places all the time."

Lovely home with A views

"We had a really great time staying at this home in Barbados. All of the bedrooms had nice bathrooms and a balcony. The primary bedroom was particularly spectacular, with plenty of space, a large bathroom and a separate changing room and closet.We really enjoyed the connection to the outdoors between the balconies and the garden. We spent most of our time outside. We used the small pool more than we expected. It was especially nice for my young son so I could keep him entertained while others were sleeping. We didn't really swim on the beach directly in front of the house due to the tides and some rocks, but there was a nice beach about a one minute walk to the left and we spent a lot of time there. It still felt like we had a beach right at the house. We had a great week and look forward to coming back! It was great for a family. As a reader, there were also numerous areas to settle in to read. "

"Definitely the best resort in Barbados. Incredible beach with 2 reefs right next to the shore that you can snorkel in. Highly recommend bringing a snorkel. Tons of beach chairs and towel service as well. Restaurant is awesome, it is a-la-carte and has a different menu every night. Food and service is excellent and the restaurant has a clear view of the ocean. Live Music every night during and after dinner. Pool is pretty good, bartenders are fun and talented, will bring you drinks on request. Very nice and clean bedrooms with large patios and good turndown service."

"The property was fantastic very spacious plenty of room to move about, the property had everything we needed it was very clean when we arrived our host was already waiting for us and explained everything thoroughly. . The location was just right 3 minutes walk to Paynes Bay west coast. The Supermarket, Petrol station and other shops were just a driving distance. We could freely move around to different beaches beacuse of our location "

Lovely well equipped villa in perfect location

"Just returned from an amazing 2 weeks in Barbados staying at Palm Tree Villa. Beautiful Villa which is well equipped with anything you could possibly need. Perfect location for shops and restaurants and Holetown beach where you can swim with stingrays close to the beach, Bus stop is very close so you can explore the island on the reggae buses. But equally lots of taxis available. Can’t wait to return "

10 min walk to calm water beach! Private plunge pool on deck, Sunset Crest.

Best at Sunset Crest

"We have stayed multiple times within the Sunset Crest area in a variety of villas depending on our group size with mixed levels of satisfaction. However, Tina’s villa exceeded all our expectations. I have never stayed in such a clean villa. Kaye the housekeeper has very high standards and is a truly lovely person. The images on the site accurately describe the property. You can walk everywhere. We managed and are 70 plus so very easy access to shops, beach and restaurants. Taxis easily available. Lots of information about the local area in the villa. Tricia the local manager was always on hand if needed and very responsive.The outside area is small but again that is shown on the pictures and it is landscaped very cleverly with trees and flowers. The plunge pool was great but a bit difficult for us to get in and out but great for families to cool down in. Very very comfortable beds.This villa represents excellent value compared to many properties we have stayed in.We loved our stay and would recommend unreservedly.We used the beach club again great addition included within the price."
