"10 glorious days in paradise!!! From the time I booked, Ramona was amazing to work with and made it feel like we were instant friends!!!! She answered the 1,000 questions I had and gave great recommendations to help ensure our trip was perfect for a great family vacation! Extremely easy to communicate with and always quick to respond - 3 months before our trip or 3 days after we arrived!The apartment had everything we needed and was a great location making it easy to explore the whole island!! Enjoyed a fishing charter (that Ramona suggested) and was able to have fresh caught fish to enjoy cooking on the gas grill right on the balcony! Neighbors downstairs have a cute, friendly dog that our son loved being able to play with since he was missing his own dog!!! We felt very safe and everyone was so friendly!! Enjoyed speaking to the neighbors walking about and even watchied a herd of goats roaming the surrounding properties.Beautiful beach and store within walking distance (there is a steep hill to walk),Beach chairs and cooler that are provided was an added bonus as we were able to take those with us daily on adventures instead of having to pay for chairs and drinks everywhere we went. (And we went a lot of places!) Not even home 24 hours and can absolutely not wait to go back to Barbados and will definitely- without hesitation- stay here again! "

"My husband and I enjoyed staying in this small cozy apartment. It was affordable for our budget and we enjoyed the experience of staying in an apartment in Barbados. The walls are popcorn texture so it holds dust more than a regular smooth wall. There were two fans supplied which helped keep the bedroom and living room cool, but there were days we would have preferred A/C. The bathroom isn't ventilated so you have to keep the small window open to prevent mold accumulation. And keep the bathroom door open. That was a disadvantage to being in the basement. There was a washing machine, but no dryer. All clothes had to go on a clothes line, and clothing pins were provided. All issues we had was addressed and fix by the host. We were able to walk to the beach, Bridgetown market, and take the bus. Love having a kitchen so that we could cook! Kim was very nice and helpful in assisting us in getting around. Overall the experience was excellent for the price paid!"

"This was our sixth and best visit to the island paradise of Barbados! We loved the slightly off-the-beaten-path location and the proximity to small local hangouts and the fish market at Pile Bay. The apartment was beautifully appointed, very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed during our ten-day stay. We LOVED the balcony! Listening to the waves as we watched the sun go down each evening was bliss. And drinking our coffee as the island woke up was the perfect start to each day. We enjoyed daily swims in the ocean - the beach was ideal for swimming and long walks. We enjoyed the great Stade's rum-tasting beach experience, it was just a short walk south along the beach to get there. La Cabane restaurant (also on the beach) is a slightly longer but manageable walk north. The owners, Lisa and Chris were very responsive and superb hosts. We hope to return one day soon!"

I especially want to recognize the efforts of Tracy Ann who made sure our room was meticulously kept and she was patient with us with our unpredictable departure times. She really cared that my kids and I enjoyed the island. She was incredibly kind and we appreciated her hospitable spirit."
