"Spacious, clean apartment with great view. Close to everything, 5 min walk to Dover beach, one of the best on the island. St Lawrence gap has lot's of bars so there is some noise in the evening, we were staying over New Year so it went on quite late, bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper and sleeping in the rear room (other bedroom is much quieter). Overall highly recommended. "

The condo is great and the view is one we will not forget in a long time. The taxi driver told us that St Lawrence Gap is "where it is happening" so this was encouraging. "My husband, two friends, and I stayed at this property from December 4 to the 16th. We had never rented a VRBO property before and had always gone on all-inclusive resort vacations. This property was perfect for us, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a full kitchen, and living room and a beautiful deck overlooking the pool and ocean. "It’s always a bit of the unknown when you book somewhere , but this was a great find. Communication from the owner was great , property was exactly as described and the location was ideal . You can walk to everything you might need and if you don’t have a car , the bus stop is very close. We had a really lovely time and places like this enable us to visit a country where hotels etc can be very expensive. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. "Loved the pool my daughter and i used it quite a bit,the area was nice and quiet, got to see the green monkey's walking by ,it was a good stay ,a car is required as the walk to the main road for public transit is very long and not fun in the heat. Over all i would rebook ."

"We had a lovely week staying at the Sapphire Beach condo. The host was very responsive and dealt with any issues quickly and completely, even providing us with the name of the driver they use, saving us with our airport transportation. As for the accommodations, some things for future renters to know: the pool deck does not allow glass bottles or cups, and the condo was not stocked with plastic (aside from some tupperware), so plan on bringing your own. There was a shortage of chaise lounges...

"The location is by the beach. It's hidden gem. Reception is very professional and accommodating. Lot of places nearby, e.g. walking to the bar, government building. And for the price you get a lot of value. We enjoed our stay. "
