"Our room was fairly quiet. We appreciate that the parking was in a fenced in area as this was a busy downtown area"

"Front desk gave me a little trouble when I requested a room on first floor due to no elevator and a bad knee, but after asking to cancel reservation and go find another hotel she gave in and told me she had one handicap accessible room with roll in shower on first floor. I accepted, and when we went to our room it was a regular room with a tub which made me question her initial refusal at my request. The room was clean, but the common areas needed some improvement. "
