"It was a beautiful hotel and the staff were wonderful. The Valet's were really nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the room was cold, I had the heat up to 80 and it was still chilly in the room. That being said, the room was beautiful and everything was clean and charming."

"Had a lovely stay at Sheraton. The room was big and spacious and the bathroom was clean. It’s very quiet mostly because everything is so spread out and there’s really not much within walking distance but I enjoyed the peace and quiet. Definitely will keep on my list for when I go back to Kansas. "

"Really nice historic property in Kansas City. We enjoyed dining in the Drum Room while we were there. This hotel is about two blocks from the Kansas City Convention Center and very walkable. "

"Convenient location and staffs are friendly and helpful, great city view from 30th floor. Room was clean but the facility is not new. Water pressure is not as high as I experienced in others, the sink was a little bit clogged first day and was fixed later."

"We were there the weekend of the big snowstorm, and considering the fact that most everything around town was shut down, the hotel was able to take good care of everyone that was staying with them at that time. The staff that made it in, we appreciated every one of you. "

"It’s always beautiful ! We love staying in this place. Verbena is delicious and I love the market. The rooms are huge, so noises do reverberate, the bathrooms are giant also. The water pressure coming out of the shower head in our room wasn’t the best, but it’s all beautiful to look at. It would be helpful if there was a fan in the bathroom for noise (for the people who cannot sleep in dead silence) and to help with the steam. We will always be back for special occasions. "
