"The staff is outrageous. I had the best check-in experience EVER. I travel a lot worldwide, and I have never had a so pleasant experience. The hotel area may appear a little weird at first sight, but it is convenient. It is a residential area with a few businesses around. It is less than a five-minute walk to the Queensbridge F subway line, which is ultra-convenient—10 minutes to Rockefeller Center or Bryant Park. I would return to this hotel. "

My only suggestion would be to add a microwave in the breakfast area so guest can warm the milk or creamer for the coffee. Not everyone like cold milk or creamer ,cause it makes the coffee cold."

"My family stayed here to visit the water park across the street. This is not a luxury hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a fair amount of road noise that we could hear through the windows, but the room was otherwise in good shape. We also saw a number of other rooms undergoing renovations while we were there. The hotel offered a shuttle to the mall across the street, which was very convenient. Breakfast was included and had decent options. "

Room and property overall quite clean and well kept. Lots of parking, though $20 daily. Room was quiet, although close to the airport and highways. Not so good: The water in the tub did...

"Everything was great. Close to shopping, food and more. Had to travel for my aunt's funeral and this was convenient to everywhere we had to go. The only thing I would improve would be the outlets. Not many. But everything else was great. We even washed our clothes in their laundry room to repack our suitcase. Thank you. "
