"We didnt like having to wait for the shuttle and i wasnt able to pre book the shuttle for our arrival. We thought the loud music in the shuttle was inappropriate plus the female driver kept changing the station. It took an hour to drive to the hotel. The driver drove around the airport without explanation turns out there was another pick up. Meanwhile we had to wait 40 mins for the driver to take a load to the hotel before picking us up.
