"The hotel is affordable, comfortable and in a prime location in Tamarindo. You can walk to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants in the area within minutes. This isn’t a resort, but has everything you need if you enjoy spending the majority of your time enjoying the beach, town, culture, and being more independent than a resort setting. The pool is a very nice spot to come back to and is a lovely setting, also has an outdoor cooking area if you want to prepare some of your own meals....

"I was concerned when I first realized that the hotel is located on a bustling street in Tamarindo. But when I got into my room that concern went away. The buildings are set back from the road quite a way, and have air conditioning. I am noise sensitive and was not bothered at all. Staff was friendly, the room was clean, the shower had hot water, the wifi and A/C worked perfectly. I did not use the pool, but the pool and its area looked clean and pleasant. Bonus- great coffee and pastries...

"Absolute gem and next door to our favorite restaurant, Dragon Fly! Totally recommend. Excellent pool for a good dip to cool off and lay in the sun. The rooms were quiet and spacious. "
