"I rarely give an Excellent in my reviews, but The Palms truly made our stay great. We booked one of their smaller rooms and requested to twin beds. Somehow this did not get communicated to them by Expedia, and they no longer had that category of room available except with one double bed which would have been difficult for my daughter and I to comfortably share. So they offered to upgrade us, if we were willing to switch rooms after the first night which was fine. And while the first night was in a very comfortable family sized suite, the next night they put us in their best room, on the second story with a huge balcony. It was actually the last night of our vacation and my birthday too! So it put a wonderful end to our trip. Of course I should also add how much we enjoyed the live music in the bar on Thursday night, the amazing Mojitos and other drinks, and wonderful breakfast. We will definitely be back!"

"We stayed one night on our trip. It was so beautiful and clean! It’s a quiet area as it’s a new town. They have a small rooftop pool and about 4 pool chairs. The property is right on the beach with 5-8 restaurants in the area. "

"Me and bestfriend stayed a 8 days. Needed more time so much to do and we did everything. Food fresh and amazing. People so nice and bilingual. My Spanish is limited LOL bano. Night life a vibe, volcano mud and falls so amazing. "

"Bosque Del Mar is a beautifully landscaped property. It was lovely to be right on the beach. The bedroom of our suite near the pool included a window wall from which we saw beautiful trees and plants. We felt like we were in the jungle as we walked around the property. The food was excellent and the restaurant has great views. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the small size of the hotel made for a serene and relaxing experience"
