"We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple."

"This property is in a great location - I would highly recommend it to anyone. The pics are accurate. Playa Hermosa is a great beach - we liked it more than Playa Coco and it's easy to get to. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of this place, all of them delicious and convenient. The property is nice - well appointed, air conditioning and fans, kitchen supplies, etc. That said, do not do your laundry here. "What a wonderful vacation! Pre-trip communication with the property manager was very timely and clear. Property was truly beautiful and extremely comfortable—furniture, beds, well-stocked kitchen, outdoor furniture, WIFI, Roku were all fabulous. Daily check-ins from the property manager contained restaurant and activity recommendations, and daily housekeeping kept everything clean and straightened up. View from the covered patio was breathtaking. Thank you for an incredible stay!"

During a pandemic I thought cleanliness should be a given, but the interior of the property was dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned at all, despite the 'cleaning fee' that I paid. "I hosted a women's movement and healing retreat and this place was perfect!! It was super private and serene. Our house chef, Alcira and her mom cooked every meal for us and the food was incredible. "This house was great for 5 friends to get away for 10 days. We had a lot of rain, so surfaces were slippery, take care when feet are wet on ANY tile surface. The house Manager Shawna was wonderful, we were able to reach her in an instant. Shawna organized rides, massages, and even had someone come and dispose of a rather large living cucaracha in one of the showers. (note that the cucaracha was not injured during his eviction, just relocated...same as the spiders) The massage was incredible...
