I could not stay at the IHG hotel as they said they informed Expedia that you could only stay if you had a connection from the some terminal my connection flight was from another terminal. They said they were refunding the money to Expedia, so I will expect a refund.

This hotel is convenient for a next day connecting flight as you do not have to leave the airport for reasonable accommodations. Staff was friendly and made me feel so welcome, especially Akash Upadhyay who helped me navigate the airport with my luggage.

Hotel is quite and clean. Room service is prompt and food is amazing in taste. Just be advised that this is a transit hotel and you cant come from outside of airport in it. You need to call hotel from gate 1 and they will pick you from there. Hotel spa lacks people on weekend and i want to book massage for wife but ppl were not available. There is no sauna or pool or jakuzi
