"This is about a hour from IST airport. Also, about an hour from the touristy areas, Hagia Sophia etc. the area has bed afternoon traffic and I actually had to get out of a cab and run for a mile before traffic cleared to get into a diff cab to catch a train to Bulgaria. There isn’t much to do in the area around the hotel. It’s in a commercial/industrial area. There are places to eat up the hill about 2-3 blocks away. Hotel was very clean. The breakfast was alright. "Tge hotel needs some renovation and maintenance. Shower needs fixing in the occupied room. The breakfast was good. Room heated with AC, which wasn't the best choice."

"I would choose this hotel every time if I we’re coming back to Istanbul! The location is perfect, walking distance from iconic places such as Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet mosque, the Basilica Cistern. It is close to tram, train, & bus services. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their buffet breakfast was excellent. It was a fantastic experience😊"

"I usually do not give negative reviews, but I have made this an exception. There is no hotel called Buhara. The address given in the booking will take you near a shop called Buhara. Once you talk to the shop owner he will call someone who will take you to a decrepit building with no escalator. Once you carry your luggage to second or thid level through the stairs, you will be greeted by a room which is no way related to the published photos. It's a scam!"
