"Stayed at Leela Palace for 4 days. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast could have had more choices but still worthwhile. Service is fantastic. The only downside to the hotel at the moment is the light construction being done. It isn’t visibly noticeable but you can hear some drilling during weekdays mostly in the lobby and some disturbance when in the room. "

"Property is awesome. Mr. Akshay/Abhishek (some guest addressing him as Akshay and some guest addressing him as Abhishek) and Amit Shukla give us best hospitality. Mr. Amit is managing from Delhi and continues connected with us, while Mr. Akshay/Abhishek is available in person at property at 24 by 7 and taking very good care. I am very happy with hospitality and care by Mr. Akshay/Abhishek and Mr. Amit. "

"OK hotel with great buffet, but the first room we were given was not clean. The hotel is also massive, feels more like a gigantic mall than a hotel. You have to wait in line to check in, to check out, to have breakfast, etc. Not sure I will go back."
