"They did not recognize the reservation from hotel.com. Took 2+ to checking and kept us waiting. Same for checkout. Food is great. service is good. There should be some arrangement for pickup from airport. Its difficult to get to the hotel as there are lot of roadblocks from local cops. If you have heavy luggage its difficult to get to the hotel."

"Our experience was unpleasant, toilet in our tent was stinky and smelly. We changed our tent but we faced same problem in the other tent. Staff was rude with our driver and in addition to this the food they served was cold and it wasnā€™t fresh. Bedding was dirty and had stains onā€¦.im really sorry to give this review as Iā€™ve no intention in ruining your business but I believe in genuine feedback and hereā€™s mine."

The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. "The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced.
