"Excellent service, awesome decor and fantastic food. Our in hotel experience was really, really good. The car service arranged by the travel desk was also excellent. We however did not have a good experience with the guide arranged by the travel desk. We were more interested in sightseeing but the guide was more interested in taking us shopping. Very pushy and very, very exhausting. We would recommend that you use the car service and recommendations for places to visit from the travel desk but...

"This establishment is not a hotel but a banquet hall that accommodates multiple events, including up to three weddings simultaneously. As a result, it can be quite noisy. The rooms are not up to standard, with cleanliness issues, including dirty linens and bedsheets with holes. Additionally, the televisions are inoperable, lamp shades are damaged, and there is a noticeable smell of smoke in the rooms."

"Facilities are Ok. The only concern is they host late night parties with very loud, horrible music and karoake. The rooms are not sound proof so all in-house guests who are not invited to party have to bear the irritation. "
