"Incredibly helpful staff, especially Vicky who personally helped us get an Indian SIM card (trust me it's quite a hassle in India) and dropped us off at the airport. His tuk-tuk tour to the Wagah border is incredible, and honestly he was more entertaining than the ceremony itself. "I liked the Small hotel environment. Friendly staff I didn't like gap of communication from expedia and hotel. They did not have communication from Expedia. I had to ask Expedia to send the information again and even advise the agreed price of the room to the staff there!!"

"This Hotel has been CLOSED since 2021. Yet last week I was able to reserve a room and pay for it on Expedia. Also when we got to Agra we had to find a new hotel at the last minute because it is closed. Where did my money go?"

"This is a unique concept, and this was my first experience of capsule concept in India. The place was immaculate and well maintained. I visited this place with my sister and found quite a few women solo travelers who were using this place. So this place is great for solo travelers or even couples. "Great place to stay in Delhi. All staff were very kind and helpful specially Saroj mishra. The breakfast was spicy but superb and they were very accommodating providing us with none spicy omelettes. Their breakfast chai was amazing! The room was clean and house keeping was done when requested. Four water bottles were provided every day. The only downside is that the kitchen odours can be smelled in our first floor room."
