"I really love the location. The JR station is only a stop away from Ueno, and two stops away from Tokyo! Apartment is slightly far from the station after a day of walking and shopping, especially you are carrying so many things. There was renovation nearby which is the minus point. Receptionist was nice. Able store luggage before check in time. Luggages were in the room before we came back to check in. Pretty awesome. Apartment is big. Minus point is the microwave is spoilt. We didn’t notify...

The hotel has a common area kitchen, which we didn't use much, but also the room itself had a little fridge and a table. There is a laundromat literally across the street if you need to do laundry. The staff was SO nice the entire time!!! We really enjoyed our stay here while in Japan!"
