"This is a very good.hotel. the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and gave great customer service. The room was clean and the amenities were super good. The hotel gives you bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb and a razor with shaving cream. You also have access to face and hand wash, shampoo and conditioner. "You need to understand what is a capsule hotel. Even though it looks a bit weird, it does exactly what it is made for. Giving you a place to sleep, dry and clean. The commodities are shared by all the customers, so you have to expect some flaws. Not because of the staff… they were always vacuuming the carpet and answering all the customers but this place bring a lot of weird persons and some don’t clean after them. I really enjoyed that place."

"This is a very no frills hotel. Very basic but they do it well. You have what you need at a budget price point. Was able to accommodate my family of 4 in 1 room, which is hard to find in Tokyo at this price. Friendly and helpful staff. On site laundry. Clean rooms. Very close to Akabane station.
