"พนักงานมีคนเดียว อาจติดต่อยากหน่อย แต่จนท.ก็พยายามดูให้ การเข้าพักในพื้นที่แคปซูลต้องการความเงิียบ ไม่เหมาะกับพวกชอบคุย พูดเสียงดัง ตะโกน กลุ่มสนุกสนานเฮฮา เด็ก หรือพวกปาร์ตี้ ห้องพักมีชั้นเดียว เปิดประตูเจอห้องรับแขก แล้วตรงเข้าไปเปิดประตูก็เจอแคปซูลนอนเลย ห้องแคปซูลมี12ห้อง(เป็นแบบรวมชายหญิง)ห้องอาบน้ำมี1ห้อง(ไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องต่อคิว)ห้องสุขาแยกชายหญิงอย่างละ2ห้อง แอร์ ถ้าปิดอยู่เราสามารถเปิดเองได้ แต่ถ้าไม่ใช้ก็ปิดให้ด่้วยนะครับ ส่วนที่อุดหู กับกาแฟ...

"Staff was nice but don't speak English. However it's a shared common restroom area by a few guests rooms, the room was small but okay comfortable, the lightings in the room didn't work well at all, it's hard to get service there. I wouldn't recommend this place although it's conveniently located only 18 minutes of walking to the area for the fireworks festival. The WiFi wasn't straightforward either. Not working well. There's a small elevator which helps. They seem friendly with inviting us...

"My 2 nights stay was terrible because I had a very big quarrel with another guest; was allotted a bed in the female room by a woman named Nana;the first night was fine but on the second night, came back from late night work, was tired and I just needed a good night sleep but as I went to my allotted bed,a Chinese guest came in and started shouting and screaming loudly at me,saying that was her bed;there was no staff member to solve the issue; had the worst experience in my entire life"

"Loved the surrounding area, a lot more quiet than the rest of Tokyo. There are 24 beds in the room, but you rarely bump into other people unless you actively hang out in the shared spaces."

"The location is just a few walks away from Chikatetsu-Akatsuka Station (Yurakucho Line or Fukutoshin Line) and Shimo-Akatsuka Station (Tobu Tojo Line). There are many restaurants,convenience stores and supermarkets around the area. The quadruple room we stayed at is spacious enough for the four of us. It's nice that there's a toilet inside our room.Mr.Susumu and Boyo are very accommodating to the guests. We had fun during the karaoke night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this guesthouse."

"Nice and tidy. A bit distant from the center but located in a safe and quite area which I have no issues with. Host is very friendly and speaks perfect English! The butter toasts for breakfast are really crispy and fluffy, which is a great surprise."
