"Great location, comfortable bed. It is cramped, but it’s a hostel after all. I’d stay again if I return to Tokyo. I needed assistance checking in and was not able to reach a staff member at the phone number provided. Fortunately one of the travelers in our group figured out a solution. I was disappointed in the lack of customer service."

"We stayed in a 2-bed room for 10 nights. You should expect the bathroom to be small, but it has everything we needed. The hotel has a common area kitchen, which we didn't use much, but also the room itself had a little fridge and a table. There is a laundromat literally across the street if you need to do laundry. The staff was SO nice the entire time!!! We really enjoyed our stay here while in Japan!"

However it's a shared common restroom area by a few guests rooms, the room was small but okay comfortable, the lightings in the room didn't work well at all, it's hard to get service there. I wouldn't recommend this place although it's conveniently located only 18 minutes of walking to the area for the fireworks festival. The WiFi wasn't straightforward either. Not working well. "My 2 nights stay was terrible because I had a very big quarrel with another guest; was allotted a bed in the female room by a woman named Nana;the first night was fine but on the second night, came back from late night work, was tired and I just needed a good night sleep but as I went to my allotted bed,a Chinese guest came in and started shouting and screaming loudly at me,saying that was her bed;there was no staff member to solve the issue; had the worst experience in my entire life"

"The location is just a few walks away from Chikatetsu-Akatsuka Station (Yurakucho Line or Fukutoshin Line) and Shimo-Akatsuka Station (Tobu Tojo Line). There are many restaurants,convenience stores and supermarkets around the area. The quadruple room we stayed at is spacious enough for the four of us. It's nice that there's a toilet inside our room.Mr.Susumu and Boyo are very accommodating to the guests. We had fun during the karaoke night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this guesthouse."

"As a traveler, you pack many things and body towels aren't something you would pack as it takes up a lot of space, even though I know it's a hostel, but there's a charge to rent. We rather buy it at a market for 120yen instead of renting for 100yen. Very strict with check-in time at 4pm and check out time at 11am. The rooms were clean for triple room. Try to avoid at all if you are concerned about condition and customer service. Didn't stay even One Night due to filthy living conditions and got charged for whole week. "Located 1 minute from the Jujo station. I stayed 12 nights for a solo trip. The owner and staff were so kind and I enjoyed conversationwith them.
