"This hotel is extremely convenient to transportation, 1 block from the trains, 2 blocks from buses. 3 convenient stores within 1 block away in different directions. The hotel staffs were extremely helpful and polite. The rooms were very clean. I had 2 different rooms because I checked out for 1 night to visit elsewhere, the hotel was able to hold my luggages until I came back to check in again the following day. The Airport Limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel. I was extremely happy that I did not have to drag my luggages onto the train to get to the airport since the bus was right outside the hotel. I took it both ways. One of my room was on the 23rd floor, I was able to see Mt. Fuji on clear sunny days. I also saw the city skyline at night from the same room. It depends on the room you get I supposed. The rooms were a good size for Japan hotels. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return to stay here in the future when I visit Tokyo area again. A sincere thank you to all the superb staffs at this hotel for making my stay so comfortable. "

"This was the perfect place for me to stay during my first week in Tokyo. I wanted to ease my way into the subway system and this hotel is quite literally across the street. Not to mention, there are multiple convenient stores less than a 4 min walk away. It’s also just a short train ride away from Shinjuku Station. If you’re flying in from Narita Airport (NRT) it is about an hour train ride away, but I wouldn’t let that deter you! It was my first time in Tokyo and my first time taking a subway and I was able to manage it just fine (in the middle of the night, might I add). You’ll take the KS Line (Blue) directly from the airport to Nippori Station, where you’ll then transfer to the JY Line (Green) and ride it to Ōtsuka Station. (Which is directly outside the hotel.) My room was very clean and my overall stay was very positive. I will almost certainly be returning to this location. "

"The hotel room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options. The staff were excellent. I want to thank the staff for helping me find my lost luggage. While I was checking out, a tour group accidentally took my luggage. The hotel staff tracked it down and had it shipped to my next hotel. I had my luggage back in my hands a few hours after losing it."

"We stayed here twice we liked it so much. 10 minute walk to Ikebukuro station. 7/11 around the corner and sunshine city is only 5 minutes away. The bed was not the most comfortable but the front desk provided extra pillows and blankets"
