"For the low price, the room was very nice. The microwave, fridge and coffee maker were well used. The immediate area seems safe but doesn't look great. However, within a short walk, is the central area of Merida, with attractive mansions and conveniences, like Starbucks and a large Walmart with a large grocery area.
