"Hostel was located in a good part of Hanoi close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was alright, but dated. The bed was quite worn out and the internet was slow. Balcony was nice. "

"The woman and young man who work at night are very nice. There are a lot of convenience stores, restaurants, and food stalls in the area. With that said, there was gum on the wall and sticky stuff in the fridge. The sheets weren’t clean and WiFi and power were inconsistent. I had to get a chair and unplug and replug the WiFi box in the hall every hour if I wanted to use it (and I needed it for work). OK for locals, not great for tourists."

"What a great place to stay! Their breakdast is phenomenon! Friendly staff and best food I ever tasted awhile. Only issue I have had is other customers smokes in bathroom and run bent, all fumes transfer to another room. This propery needs smoke alarm to detect these people"

"Obviously, given the price point it is hardly going to be the Ritz-Carlton. However, we were very happy to find that all the basics were covered: - Clean, freshly made beds - Clean, en-suite bathroom and shower - All appliances working (TV, fridge, AC), although the AC was a bit loud. The location is great, there's a laundry place just round the corner and plenty of places to eat. Ideal for a short stay or (as we used it) for a nap and a shower before a late-night flight."
