"Excellent Leeds stay! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was great quality for the price, plus spotlessly clean. Location couldn't be better - right in the city centre, easy walk to everything. Great night's sleep too!"

"Bedside floating table missing. Worktops showing signs of age/wear. Bath had age stains on bottom. Bathroom Flooring peeling away from Bath side/floor. Walls had been filled but required painting . The chair had ingrained dust around outside of seat"

"Overall was better than expected although the window of n my room was small, high up & made the room cell like. The toiletries were good quality, the room looked nice & breakfast was nice reasonable although they had no vegetarian sausages. Although the rooms decor was good overall there were 2 things that let it down, firstly there was nowhere to hang anything as the wardrobe had no hangers and there was no hook behind the door for a coat, secondly & more importantly the bed was terrible...
