"The hotel was particular about certain rules, but there were no issues with the property if you followed the instructions. The property wasn't the cleanest, but that is more due to the age of the property rather than the staff not cleaning, which they were diligent in doing. "The property itself was very nice. The area around it is not that great. Still the area is safe but there are homeless & the train tracks are right next to the hotel. So you will hear the train passing from 5am-12am daily. You will be very close to multiple different train stations all within 7-10 min walk away from the hotel. "

"A hotel i've stayed at many times. Good value, decent sized room. Sometimes noisy guests but they provide earplugs. Free drinks and shaved ice in the lobby, and the area around it is a bit rowdy but lots to see and do, right next to the Tennoji zoo and Tsutenkaku tower, also right near a very convenient train station and subway station! If you don't mind the area(it's safe, but quite a bit of homeless people) it's a great place to stay!"
