Fabulous property that features a great onsen bath facility along with sauna and outside foot bath. The only problem with this property is that it is a healthy walk from public transportation. It is convenient to INTEX as I was here for the marathon. INTEX is about a block away. There is also no other shops and restaurants in the area except for a Family Mart and a 7-11 near the station. The property has a buffet breakfast which I did not try but is available.

一般的なビジネスホテルです。新館2に泊まりました。非常に綺麗ですが部屋は狭いです。 大浴場は新館1にあるのですが、場所が分かりづらい。浴槽は3つありましたが、お湯が張ってあるのは1つだけでした。また平日朝は入れません。 駐車場はタイムズに停め、宿泊者は申請すれば1,000円で利用できます。

当初一泊のところ電話で二泊に変更しました。その際、快く部屋の調整してくださってありがとうございます。 着替えのガウンと、歯ブラシ、カミソリ、紙スリッパ、ポットがあります。 中ふ頭駅からは徒歩15分くらいで、朝コスモスクエア駅とUSJ行きのシャトルバスが出ています。

朝食バイキングって聞いてたのですが定食でした。 ご飯とお味噌汁のおかわりは、自由。 パンも3種類食べ放題。 オレンジジュースとりんごジュースは、おかわり自由。 やとしても、子ども2人（3歳と6歳）連れて行ってるので 定食では、食べれるもの食べたくないものに対応出来ないので残念です。 後、子どもの使い捨て歯ブラシや寝巻きもありませんでした。 子どもには、優しくないです。 駐車場は、出入り口1つで出入りのタイミングが相手側と合うと困ります。

出張で2泊、今回で2回目の利用です。安かったバリアフリーの部屋を利用しました。バリアフリーということなのか1Fの部屋を提供されたのですが、目の前の通路が上層階へ向かうエレベーターへの通路になっていて、とにかく宿泊客の足音と人の声、ガタガタと何かを転がす音が夜中過ぎまで聞こえてきました。特に人の声は通りがよく、部屋の中まで会話が丸聞こえなほどです。常時聞こえてくるわけではありませんが、宿泊客が通るたびにイラっとさせられました。設備は古臭いですが寝るだけなら問題なく値段なりといえます。
