"Self check in was very easy, and they gladly held our bags because we were early. Room was a little tight/small, but it was clean. We got a smoking room for some reason, so there was a noticeable (but not too heavy) smell of smoke. They provided a room and clothing spray, which was very thoughtful and we used it often. It's located very close to the train station so it was easy to get around. The free breakfast had a great spread of Japanese foods and some Western foods."

"Standard Double Room (Non-smoking) - comfortable stay for 1 night. Location - approximately 10 mins walk from Sapporo station which has direct line to Chitose airport. It was a convenience location to join tours with meeting point at Sapporo station north exit. Room - was quiet. Excellent shower water pressure. Bed was medium soft. Staff - Check-in and checkout are straightforward. "

The room was relatively clean but I did find 1 room slipper under the bed 4. Room was pretty dry (low humidity) and was thirsty every night, unsure if there was a humidifier (tried switching on a machine but it didnt seem to work) "

Quiet area, amenities restocked daily. Public bath on 9th floor, with out door bath. Coins operated laundromat was very reasonably priced, 5kg capacity both washers and dryers. "

"Nice, clean hostel with a couple of private rooms. Rooms are basic, but s good value for the price. Of note, the private rooms are on the fifth floor accessible by a steep, narrow staircase - we needed to repack ski bags for our flight the next morning and it was a struggle to get them to our room. Great restaurant on the first floor."

"It was a quick stop for us so we didn't mind a traditional Japanese business hotel. Room size was decent while furniture outdated. Mattress was not super comfortable but nothing too much beyond our expectation. Check-in staff speak little English but were generally helpful. Parking lot is narrow, but again all within our expectations. Area is vibrant with a good range of restaurant options and very walkable. Value for the price."
