"Great breakfast, close to Sapporo Station "

"Stayed in 3 beds room. The light above the 3rd bed didn’t shut off. We had to use the main switch which turned everything off even the outlets. Beware of this as our phones didn’t charge overnight. Pleasant staff. There are some toiletries you can pick up at the lobby. I love that they provide body&hand cream, cleansing oil, facial foam and etc. A/C / heat can be adjusted. For the elevator to operate you have to use keycard when you going up. Close to train station walking 5 mins."

"Arrived on heavy snow, and the moment we stepped into the hotel, staff handed towels for us to dry. Room is decent size. Walking distance to Sapporo Station, 5 min walk or less and lots of food choices around. Hotel has an onsen, so added bonus. Good location and good hotel. Everything you need is provided for. "

"The hotel is conveniently located close to Sapporo Station and the Daimaru shopping mall. My room is directly across from the train tracks, but the double-glazed window ensures no noise disturbance. The room is clean and well-maintained. The staffs are polite and friendly. "

"The dinner buffet has so many delicious options and such high quality food that you should make it a priority to eat there. The hotel is definitely of the era in which it was built but I think that adds charm. The hotel does provide a free shuttle bus to the sapporo train station. If I come back to sapporo I highly expect to stay there again."
