"Great location to have direct access to get around Tokyo. The hotel is right next to the entrance to the Kuramae station, making it easy to hop onto the subway. And with multiple conbini, drug store, grocery store, and fast food in the area, you can find most things you need for your travels or food. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, although one person (manager?) was a little gruff and not very welcoming. Pod Select hotel is 350ft from Shinjuku-Sanchome Station, exit C7, you can’t beat that!! The lobby is super comfy, with a machine that dispenses hot or cold Green tea, Coffee, Water. "

"There are many of tourist groups with guide and quite noisy at the lobby in the morning. I paid for bf but couldn’t get the proper table and seat because of group tour reservations. Even they didn’t come down and empty table. We have to sit wiggly table and squeeze each other. However the family room was really fun and nice"

The location was great, it was a little off the beaten path in Shibuya, so it was nice to come back to a quiet space after loud hectic days in Tokyo. It was right by a little courtyard with a couple coffee shops which were great to get coffee from in the morning and sit in the courtyard. Only complaint was the bed was a little hard."
