"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...

"The room is spacious and was very clean. But, the bedding did not smell fresh. Easy entry using codes. Host was responsive. The front driveway of the property was very dirty. Garbage stacked up against a wall. Lots of noise from vehicles even late at night. I would not recommend for a holiday stay. However, it fit my needs as it is located a short drive from the hospital. "

"Haven homes is a decent accomodation in a bad area. Luton is not a very nice place, so much so that I spent the most time there either sleeping or in the train station. However, this review is about Haven Homes, so I'll be sticking to the facilities and not speaking to it's surroundings. The positives: The flat (#4) was furnished with a wall mounted heater, an oven, a microwave, and an electric stovetop.
