If guests has odour coming from their room - there will b a warning to correct it so that other guest like myself can live in comfort and peace. "Hotel was okay, rooms were a little noisy when we were trying to sleep but then it all settled down. The bath towels were very damp though so you may want to keep them in the dryer a little longer so that they dry properly. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful! "
